Woeful wet road performance
Excellent on dry roads. very grippy in the dry and wear well, however the under steer on wet roads is appalling. I have to go a lot slower than normal traffic around wet round-a-bouts otherwise I would end up off road. really disappointing aspect of these tyres.

2015 Toyota LC200 4.5D
Top A/T Tyre
The Toyo's Open Country A/T 2 in the Size 285/70/17 are on my LC from new in 2015 and have traveled to date over 105k km. I have driven about 80% on road and 20% in sand and gravel and a little on rocks. The wheels have been rotated at every service including the spare and there is still another 10k-15k km left on the tyres before new one's will get fitted. These tyres are the best performing A/T tyres i have ever had. The next set of tyres for my LC200 will be Toyo's Open Country A/T 2 again.

Excellent tyres
We bought the Toyo Open Country A/T II prior to our trip around Australia. Towing a 23 foot caravan and a heap of wait on the vehicle we traveled over 40,000km. The tyres were incredible for their grip and durability and wear. I would not recommend another tyre.

Good tyres, low noise and sound breaking , have had them on dirt and performed well. Haven't had them for long but I am expecting good wear with rotation

2005 Land Rover Discovery 3
Ok tyre, but let down by wet road performance
I've run these tyres for just shy of 90,000km rotated through 6 tyres, so each tyre has currently done around 60300km. These are now at the end of their life due to some suspension wear that threw the alignment out so I didnt quite make the full potential tyre life which through my calculations would put them around 95000km to the wear bars. My wear rates have varied from 4700 to 7100km/mm. Im happy with the wear rate on these. Overall these tyres are not too bad, grip is ok on dry bitumen and is also fine off road on gravel/dirt roads and tracks. I've only had one puncture and that was a screw through the tread - no tyre is immune to those. Overall I've been reasonable happy with the toyo's, however the wet road performance I found to be lacking and they where not up to my standards and its for this reason that I would not purchase these tyres again.

Very happy
We tow a 21ft caravan for 5 months of the year and these Toyo were a marked improvement over original fitment in both stability a wear. They are now fairly noisy due to high kls. Will get another 15000kl then will replace with the same. Very very happy.

value for money
So far the tyres have worn quite evenly. There doesn't seem to be any major wear spots. Originally I thought they were a little slippery but then I realised that it was just the roads I was travelling on. Looking at the wear so far I think I should get between 50000 and 60000 Kms from them. For the price I paid I think that is value for money.

seems ok
my son fitted these to his v8 land cruiser drove around wa with them an seems good ,so fitted them to my troopy just a bit louder than maximus 980 but more aggressive tread so far so good

Very quiet for an all terain tyre
These tyres are really quite for an all terrain tyre. I upgraded from the original HW tyres as I tow a caravan often. They are really good for loads and the wear so far is very good. They felt a bit odd at first but once they wore in a bit they were great.

Great wearing tyre. Travelled Cooper basin rough roads that are renowned for shredding tyres have found toyo the only tyre to stand up to the conditions.
