VFII SV6 sportswagon
noisy hard ride
too noisy and hard riding had these on other commodores and knew this when ordering my new SV6 Black Edition Sportswagon thats why I had pre-ordered michelin Primacy tyres. drove from car yard to tyre shop havent looked back completely diferent vehicle now a vehicle im happy to drive all day long

2002 Honda Civic Type R
Great tyre, not sure how long they will last however and quite expensive
I bought these for my Civic Type R, replacing some midrange Falkens. Bridgestone had a buy 4 for the price of 3 at the time which helped keep the cost reasonable as the OEM tyres are an unusual size which is expensive and $260 each adds up quickly.The difference was noticeable immediately. When pushing the car through roundabouts and tight corners, it was far more responsive and much easier to quickly change direction under power. The car is firmly planted in the wet and performance wise I cannot fault these tyres. I dont find them to be noisey, however my car is hardly quiet & plush so I'm not expecting a dead silent ride.After 9,000kms the front tyres are probably approaching half wear with the rears still looking fairly new. In a 160KW Front Wheel Drive car that gets driven hard this type of wear isnt surprising and I expect that rotating them front to back a couple of times will net around 25,000kms max which is a bit less than I had hoped.In short if you have a small sporty car & drive it hard then these arent a bad tyre but to me not worth the premium over the Adrenalin RE003.

Less than 2 months and tread depth gone from 5mm to 3mm
Can't say they are durable. Bought 3 for 4 deal cost $720 dollars. Took car for service today and was told the Right Front one was only 3mm 7mm 5mm, the other three were all 5mm 7mm 5mm. Couldn't believe it, haven't hit any holes. Bought 29 April 2016, today is 16 June 2016. Never again. Will be investigating further. Was told to go and get another wheel alignment.

Holden vf ssv
Never again
Had the tyres two weeks. Passenger front and rear both have splits and eggs in the side wall, was told by tyre power that it was most likely a pot hole, can't remember hitting any though. Bridgestone said they can do that with a pot hole! Tyres can't hold up with and bumps now have to get two replacements at my own cost. I say get a more durable tyre

2004 Maserati Maserati coupe
These tyres wear out way too fast.
I brought these tyres for my Maserati, they didn't last 1 year less than 20,000km. Never buy them again. For the cost I would expect to get at least 50,000 km out of them. I don't my car to hard nor do I spin the wheels. I will have to do a lot more home work for my next set.

2003 holden vy
gret grip, very noisy
i changed to these from yokahama c drives because i can't get them any more. the potenzas are great on the road, good grip etc and i drive a lot on windy country roads BUT the noise is nearly unbearable. safety wise they are excellent but not sure i would get them again due the LOUDNESS of them which is unfortunate because i do like them, but i don't want to end up deaf!

Audi A4
Good tyre but it didn't wear well for me.
Bought these tyres for my Audi A4. Grip in dry and wet was excellent. No tyre noise evident even now at 44k. Only problem I have with them is that Bridgestone said they have only a short life left. Rep said to get close to 50k with these tyres was excellent? Really! I run the tyre at 48 psi, had wheel alignments, rotations and balance every 10k with Bridgestone. I just believe these tyres should last more than 50k. I might do a little more research now that I need new tyres again.

2015 Holden Commodore SS-V Redline
Great tyres with plenty of grip.
I recently purchased a second-hand 15 Redline from a dealership, and the car came with the RE050A s. The car is nearly at 60,000 kilometres and the tyres were replace 10,000 kilometres ago, so the tread is nearly at 100%. The grip is monumental around corners, I feel as if I could push the car a lot harder if I wanted/needed to. Obviously in the wet it s more fun to be sideways but when driving in the rain I still feel safe and comfortable. Judging by the tread wear, the tyres are going to have a long life on the car, and so far they have been doing extremely well.

WM Caprice V8
Great Tyres
These are OE on my WM Caprice V8. I have just fitted my third set at ~90,000km, so averaging 45,000km on them. Very good in the dry and wet. As asymmetric tyres they used to be relatively expensive, however price has come down, particularly at Bob Jane... wait for the 4 for the price of 3 offers.

Mazda 6 wagon
Love These Tyres. Great Choice
Have them on Mazda 6, up to almost 65,000km and still looking ok. When they are replaced I will definitely be using the same tyre again. They are the original tyres that came on the vehicle and have and still do handle great in all different driving conditions. Excellent choice.

Holden VF Calais

Great tyre. Bridgestone Australia import the FZ version of the 245 40 R19 98W XL Bridgestone Potenza tyre. They are Holden Original Equipment (OE). They are stamped with 050AFZ and also the Holden TPC approval code. The FZ version suits Australia's road and driving conditions. If you see any other version of the same tyre e.g. stamped 050AYZ (just under Potenza written on the tyre) you should know it will be completely different to the 050AFZ in construction, handling/performance and will be a parallel import. The advice from Bridgestone Australia and the importer/tyre shop is to only fit at least a pair of the same version of RE050A tyre on the same axle. The YZ tyre I've seen has very small water drain grooves. I would be concerned about driving it in wet weather. Looks like it is a Summer tyre for another country road and driving conditions.

2007 Holden VE SV6 sedan
Great tyre
Se Queensland, the tyre is great had altenzo or something cheap on and I thought my front end was getting loose, after I did the product review here and liked the feedback I decided to hunt for prices, so I did what any person would do and rang Bridgestone them selves, good deal going was buy 4 for the price of 3, the price I was given was a staggering $1018 with no wheel alignment, proceeded to ring Bob Jane, buy a full set of Bridgestone and receive $100 of your purchase, now for the kicker, $900 and then $70 for wheel alignment, no one else in my area stock them as they say they are to dearThe tyre sticks like crap to a blanket, all the trouble of the last set is gone, feels like a new car, haven't tested in the wet yet but have to be safer than the last junk I hadYou pay for what you get but do your homework

1993 SAAB, Statesman
Potenza are great tyres
I had these on my SAAB Aero, lasted much better and handled just as well as the Pirellis originally on the car. I have had 2 sets on my Holden Statesman, I tow a 2.1 tonne boat trailer, I drive in traffic, I go on winding roads, I drive quickly to the snow...they do everything well. I will use them again.

SSV Redline - RE050A Great but Noisy
I have a 2014 SSV Redline ute and these RE050A tyres are excellent in all conditions. Very predictable handing and pretty low wear characteristics. My only complaint would be that the RE050A's are really noisy on coarse bitumen surfaces. Maybe a combination of the firmer SSV Redline suspension (FE3) as this wasn't so much of an issue on the previous SSV (FE2) I had.

Great Tyres
These are really excellent tyres. Great grip, quiet and low rolling resistance so add to the economy of the car. They are expensive but I think good value for what they are. Have done 40 000km so far and heaps of tread left. Will be replacing with another set when these eventually wear out.
