Ultra Tune Hervey Bay — Tyre & Mechanical in Pialba, QLD

Steering pulling to one side or brakes feeling soft? That usually means it's time for a proper check. Ultra Tune Hervey Bay handles this kind of everyday problem for drivers around Pialba, working on family cars and fleet vehicles alike. The workshop sits in the Hervey Bay Business District on Old Maryborough Road, close to shops and on a bus route, so dropping the car off is straightforward.

Tyres & wheels
The team stocks tyres in a range of sizes and brands to fit different vehicles and budgets. They also handle wheel alignment and balancing using diagnostic equipment, so you're not just getting new rubber but a wheel setup that's actually tracking straight.

Servicing & repairs
Logbook servicing here is done to keep your manufacturer's warranty intact, matching dealer standards. Beyond that, the workshop covers general mechanical repairs, brake checks and repairs, suspension work, air conditioning servicing, and rego and safety inspections with a report on your vehicle's condition.

The way they do it
Pricing is discussed upfront before work starts, so you know the cost before anything begins. If extra work turns up during a service, they'll check with you first rather than just going ahead. There's also a key drop box for anyone who can't get there during opening hours.

Word from customers
Customers mention clear communication during services, fair pricing, and being kept in the loop when repairs take longer than expected. Several reviews point to friendly, straightforward dealings with the team, including one driver who had unexpected car trouble far from home and found the service reassuring.
