Ultra Tune Rockhampton

Ultra Tune Rockhampton — Tyre & Mechanical in Berserker, QLD

A wobble at highway speed or a car that pulls to one side usually means your wheels need attention. Ultra Tune Rockhampton sorts out tyre and alignment issues along with general mechanical work, for family cars and small fleets alike. The workshop sits on the corner of Musgrave St and Elphinstone St in Berserker, close to bus and rail links and near Stockland Shopping Centre if you need somewhere to wait.

On the tyre side
The team stocks tyres in a range of sizes and brands to fit most vehicles and budgets. They also handle wheel alignment and balancing using diagnostic equipment, which helps even out tyre wear and keeps handling steady.

Under the bonnet
Beyond tyres, this centre covers logbook servicing that keeps your manufacturer's warranty intact, along with general mechanical repairs. They check brakes, inspect suspension, service air conditioning, and carry out safety and rego inspections on request.

The way they do it
Before any work starts, they walk you through the cost and get your go-ahead. If something extra comes up during a job, they'll check with you first rather than just doing it. For anyone who can't get in during opening hours, there's a key drop box for early or late drop-offs.

Customer feedback
Customers mention friendly, accommodating staff and prompt service, including one case handled quickly as an emergency. Others point to solid repair work, such as a starter motor replacement that fixed the problem properly.
