About Ultra Tune Argenton and the team
Ultra Tune Argenton — Tyre & Mechanical in Argenton, NSW
On Lake Road in Argenton, this workshop looks after drivers from the local streets and beyond. Ultra Tune Argenton handles everyday servicing and repairs for families and businesses with vehicles to keep running. They cover a broad range of car care needs under one roof, so there's no need to juggle different workshops for different jobs.
Tyres & wheels
The team stocks a range of tyre sizes and brands to fit different vehicles and budgets. They also handle wheel alignment and balancing using diagnostic equipment, so your car sits and steers properly on the road.
Mechanical
Logbook servicing here is done to keep your manufacturer's warranty intact, matching the standard set by dealership servicing. Beyond that, the workshop takes on general mechanical repairs, brake checks and repairs, suspension inspections, and car air conditioning servicing. They also offer rego and safety inspections, giving you a written report on your vehicle's mechanical condition.
The way they do it
Before any work starts, they walk you through the cost so there are no surprises. If something extra comes up during the job, they'll check with you first rather than just going ahead. For anyone who can't get in during opening hours, there's a key drop box so you can leave your car outside business hours.
Customer feedback
Regulars mention the team keeping them updated on progress and costs as work goes along. Several reviews point to fair pricing and not being oversold on services they didn't need. Others note a personal touch, with staff remembering customers and treating them as more than just a booking number.
Servicing the area
Along with Argenton locals, the workshop takes bookings from drivers in Cardiff, Edgeworth, Glendale and Warners Bay. It's a convenient stop for anyone in that stretch of the Lake Macquarie area needing a car looked at.
When they're open
The workshop is open Monday to Friday from 8am to 5:30pm, and Saturday mornings from 8am to midday. It's closed on Sundays.
