What battery suits my XPeng (P5, P7, P7i, G3, G6, G9, etc.)?
All XPeng models use a 12-volt auxiliary battery in addition to the high-voltage EV traction battery. We confirm the exact 12-volt battery type required (AGM or lithium-compatible). Some XPeng models in certain markets with range-extender/ICE components may require a specific 12-volt specification based on their charging system.
Can Auto Hero install my XPeng 12-volt battery at home, work, or roadside?
Yes. Our mobile technicians replace the 12-volt auxiliary battery for all XPeng models across Sydney. We service both fully electric and ICE-assisted XPeng models.
Does my XPeng require coding, system resets, or auxiliary-battery initialisation?
Some XPeng models require system checks or 12-volt system initialisation after replacement. EVs rely heavily on the 12-volt system to power computers, contactors, safety modules, and startup processes. We confirm based on your exact XPeng model and year.
Can you test the 12-volt charging system to see if it is OK?
