Polestar electric vehicles use a 12-volt auxiliary battery in addition to the high-voltage traction battery. We confirm the exact 12-volt battery type required for your model and year, including AGM or lithium-compatible auxiliary batteries depending on the vehicle.
Can Auto Hero install my Polestar 12-volt battery at home, work, or roadside?
Yes. Our mobile service covers all Sydney suburbs. We replace the 12-volt auxiliary battery for all Polestar EV models, including Polestar 2 and Polestar 3.
Does my Polestar require coding, system resets, or battery initialisation?
