3 out of 4 Tyre split on the inside side and exposed the steel belts, poor gripe in the wet
Structure of tyre poor, tread has separated on 3 out of 4, could not see until car was on hoist as tread is good and outer side of tyre also looks good. Need to drive very carefully in wet weather as grip is low. 245/40 Zr 18 on front 265/34 ZR 18 on rear.

Not as bad as the rest of the reviews make out, good value.
They are pretty durable, no signs of wear after some... intense driving sessions both onroad and offThey are cheap especially at 245 35 r18 and grip in the wet is, passable, no better or worse than the budget Maxxis MA 510's ive had on several cars for years.Dry weather grip is suprisingly good and the tyres dont seem to heat up as quick as the maxxis in the twisties and have a tad more grip in the rear.I think the issues people are having with these tyres is that they literally dont know how to drive in the wet (haha slowly obviously) and as to the sidewalls splitting what a load of crap.Would i take these over a better tyre? No BUT for the money they are just fine.IF your like me and tyres barely last you 6 months and brandwank and you want max performance for your $$$ go for it.Just dont take it to a trackday and expect to set a record but they are just fine on uphill and downhill twisties and straightline grip is good if not excellent in the dry. Also dumbdumbs if you want wet weather performance go get a allweather/wet weather sports tyre, dont buy a $85-100 a tyre budget 'sports' tyre and expect it to do something it cant. The only downside is that the compound seems a bit less sticky than my older maxxis tyres and they need a bit longer to warm up.on the upside they dont wear as quick and are perfectly happy with a bit of impromptu rallying and the offroad grip is hilariously quite good.TL:DRTyre is good in the dry and hooks perfectly fine, very predictableAverage in the wet no better or worse than competitors

For the love of God, stay away...
Had the ATR Sport 2 in 245/40/R19 from brand new, cost $540 for a set of 4, fitted & balanced. These are, by far, the absolute worst tyre ever made, seriously... When brand new, the tyres will grip (barely) on dry roads. After the first layer of rubber is gone, 5-10%, they start to get even worse. You could feel the car starting to lose grip and slide out, and I was definitely not driving aggressively.Road noise with these tyres are also horrendous. Most people could not hear me on my Bluetooth it was that loud.Wet conditions: Don't Bother... Even when they were brand new, you could only go around round-a-bouts at 10-15kph and without accelerating, otherwise they would completely kick out and slide. Very dangerous in the wet, like driving on snow.Couldn't really complain about the longevity as I got 50,000kms out of one set.The only reason I would buy these again is for passing a roadworthy and even then I would feel horrible doing it to someone. I wouldn't even give these to my worst enemy.Do yourself a favour and look at other brands. You've probably read it elsewhere, but tyres are the only thing between the car and the road. Don't be cheap when it comes to tyres. I have learnt my lesson.Bought a set of Michelin Pilot Sport 3 and the difference is chalk and cheese, as was the price (obviously). The irony of this brand is that their Achilles Heel is their actual tyre. Please don't skimp out on tyres and stay away from Achilles...

Don't buy these - especially with RWD
These are terrible in the wet. Even at roundabouts doing 15-20 mph I can feel the rear end sliding. Heavens knows what they would be like on a wet motorway at (ahem!) 70mph ish. They came attached to my 2nd hand BMW which is a shocker. Loads of tread left, but I'm not taking the chance.Bad and dangerous.

Possibly the worst wet weather tyre I have ever driven on
I recently purchased a very tidy second hand Ford G6E, with the optional 19 inch wheels and Achilles tyres. Tyres have approx 70% tread depth and are reasonably competent on dry surfaces. However when it rains they are useless to the point of being dangerous. Rear tyres constantly lose traction under gentle acceleration and negotiating roundabouts at sensible speeds merely keeping pace with other traffic.Tyres are a safety-critical item and Achilles are a classic example why there should be an Australian Standard to protect consumers who don't understand the difference between a quality tyre and a cheap import. If I had to rate them in one word it would be "rubbish."

Side splitting fun
I had a set of these tyres on my xr6 falcon . 245/35/18. They had reasonable grip in the dry but nothing impressive at all. In the wet they were like ice skates constantly slipping in corners and roundabouts. The inner edge split open after 20000kms. In the rain >:/

You get what you pay for!
When new dry grip was good but as soon the top layer sheds about 20% of the tread the grip goes down hill. The worse aspect of this tyre is the poor wet grip and road noise especially on highways.First and last time i will try any non branded tyre no matter how good the reviews are!
